1. Eligibility for Refunds
Our refund policy applies to all first-time purchases across all commercial tiers:
- Tacit Pro (Yearly): Eligible for a 100% full refund within 30 days of the initial billing date.
- Tacit Pro (Monthly): Eligible for a 100% full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via your PayPal account or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your Pro license will remain fully active until the end of your current paid billing period and will not renew.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to support@narrino.com with:
- Your order ID or PayPal transaction ID
- The email address used during purchase
- (Optional) A brief note on what we could improve
